Wayfinders Lab training is designed to turn knowledge into practical systems that can be used in day-to-day business.
Each training combines a core learning session, structured working materials and practical implementation. Rather than stopping at theory, we work through the process together and then review how it performs in practice.
How the training works...
Session 1. Core Training 2–2.5 hours
A focused training session covering the principles, tools and working methods behind the selected topic. After the session, participants receive access to a practical Guide with supporting materials and exercises designed to help apply the training independently.
Session 2. Build with us 90 minutes
We move from learning to implementation. Using the participant’s own business, team, product or current challenge, we build the system together and adapt the training principles to a real working situation.
Session 3. Review & correction 60–90 minutes
The participant applies the system independently and produces the first pieces of work or results. We then review what has been created, identify what needs adjustment, correct the approach where necessary and look at the first available data.
